Not reliable!!!!
Ordered a 3-in-1 cot bed for my 5-month-old in natural. When I was ordering, it said it was out of stock but I could pre-order it. I wanted that color, so I pre-ordered it. It took a few weeks, so I wanted to check with Tweeto how long it generally takes. The company first took ages to get in touch, and after many attempts, someone finally got back to me saying they needed to check with production but would get back to me soon.
Waited another week, and when I asked again, the person said, "Sorry, we won’t produce that crib; we’ll refund you." I mean, what?? Customer service?? You pay more than £300 for this cheap service. Mind you, the company is not big and looks like they just started, and this is how they’ll run their business? Ridiculous!!
