Not reliable!!!!

Ordered a 3-in-1 cot bed for my 5-month-old in natural. When I was ordering, it said it was out of stock but I could pre-order it. I wanted that color, so I pre-ordered it. It took a few weeks, so I wanted to check with Tweeto how long it generally takes. The company first took ages to get in touch, and after many attempts, someone finally got back to me saying they needed to check with production but would get back to me soon.

Waited another week, and when I asked again, the person said, "Sorry, we won’t produce that crib; we’ll refund you." I mean, what?? Customer service?? You pay more than £300 for this cheap service. Mind you, the company is not big and looks like they just started, and this is how they’ll run their business? Ridiculous!!

Haven’t received my order yet

Haven’t received my order yet. Trying ti get in touch with them. They don’t even reply. I know i have pre order it as it was out of stock but just let me know how long is the wait. I have been emailing them but no replies. Had to put this review sorry.

💯/💯 on customer service & for my amazing pumping journey

1st of all I’m fully dependent on Elvie’s pumps as my daughter never latched. So it’s everything to me. 2nd one my pump last month stopped working I was so stressed as I contacted customer service support but due to weekend I guess nobody got back to instantly. I try my best to update my pumping journey on instagram and I shared the customer service support of instagram got back to me Uk midnight time as I posted the story that time and they helped me sort everything and within 2 days I had my pump with flange with me. Also I never posted anything bad about it, i was just stressed how will I manage with only 1 pump.
So highly highly recommend this product mot only for you easy simple pumping journey bit also for their great customer service 🙌🏻
