It took 4 or 5 weeks to receive my order, and when it arrived, one item was missing. I'm assuming there was only one of the item available. It would be great to receive some sort of communication as to canceling the one item and confirming charges were adjusted. A new, adjusted invoice available in the website account would be amazing. It would also be great to get a weekly email with order status so I know all is well.

Don't try to return anything. They fight you tooth and nail. Save your time and sanity.
And their website is misleading about what their product actually does. Basically it says it works with all drives and that is simply false. It only works with IDE and SATA. Not SSD.
