Pathetic customer service
Very pathetic customer service and response. I made an order. One lunch box delivered was broken. I made a complaint and asked them to replace the faulty item. They were responding timely initially. But then I got a call from them saying I will have to go to their center to give back the faulty item and collect the correct one. I asked them to instead pick it up from my house and deliver the correct item to my house. Since then there is no response. It is very disappointing. First you deliver faulty item and then the customer service is very poor. Highly disappointed.

Contacted them for visa appointment last minute. Saksham was very helpful and helped with getting the visa appointment. Replies very promptly on any questions asked. Good experience and efficient way of dealing.
