Submitted two claims and got no confirmation that the claims were made or any response for more than a month. Tried contacting customer support - impossible. Looked all over the website for anything - mail address, phone, contact form, chat, anything - nothing! Gave up, closed my account and requested to delete data - no email confirmation, nothing.

(I was getting order confirmations and invoices, so it’s not the problem with the email)
