Good afternoon,

Thank you for your review.

I can see that you requested your medication at the beginning of October, however, this was rejected by your GP and we asked you to contact them in relation to this.

Since they rejected your request, it appears they have turned to a "patient order direct" system, whereby all requests for prescriptions need to be submitted to the surgery and not via a pharmacy/3rd party. Going forward, you will need to request your prescription via your surgery's approved channels.

We received your prescription on the 21/10, dispatched it on the 22/10 and delivered your parcel on the 24/10; so every step of the order process under our control was handled promptly.

Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused. Should you wish to discuss this in more detail or if you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Queue time was minimal with efficient handling of audience. Use of mobile phones during performance was distracting and occasionally blocked performance view which was annoying having paid premium rate for tickets.
