We deal with Sara quite a lot and she is amazing! Nothing is too much trouble and Sara is always cheerful, courteous and professional. I buy my currency online and collect from the branch. If I request smaller denominations it’s dealt with without any fuss

Zia by night, Kos

Coach was clean and air conditioned. Driver very polite. We informed via app that the bus pick up time had changed which was really useful. Pick up wasn’t directly outside hotel, but instructions were good as to pick up point

Young lady Beverly was informative, courteous and very professional. Everything we asked, she made enquiries if she didn’t know herself. Gave us 2 different quotes on package bed deals, nothing was too much trouble

From airport to destination very smooth. Hotel immaculate, staff welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Good choice of food and drinks, well presented. Experiences reasonably priced and really enjoyable, we did 3!

Collection of ordered online euros

Lynsey at Northallerton branch was amazing! Called in to see if my euros that I had ordered online previous day had arrived even though I hadn’t had an email to confirm. Lynsey checked and they had arrived, then I asked if I could have smaller denominations. Nothing was too much bother so thank you once again Lynsey
