The communication with Susan is exceptional. The size of the diamond ordered for a pendant was large and the original setting was not going to work. The team worked with another style to ensure it would, and it turned out just beautiful. Susan kept me informed every step of the way and it was very much appreciated. It took longer than expected, but well worth the wait. The quality of the diamond and the setting are better than expected.
