I previously had attended Up & Running Nottingham for their gait analysis and subsequent trainer purchase, as I have got into the London Marathon 2026 and I am a beginner runner. I was given lots of expert advice and purchased some trainers. However after a couple of weeks I began to develop some very big and sore blisters. I went back to Up & Running for some advice and was served by Mark at the Nottingham store. Be re-did my gait analysis and found that I needed some stability shoes. Mark was so helpful and caring in his approach, he made me feel at ease with all my questions I had. He bought me a handful of different trainers and was so patient with me even though the store was extremely busy. I left a happy customer with new trainers and hopefully happier feet for my running journey. Thank you Mark and Nottingham Up & Running. I will for sure be back.

Unfortunately a Christmas present which has only been used once has broken. I reached out to Castore for some help and a wonderful lady called Emily, assisted me and has provided me with a new item.
