Worst firm I come across ever

Worst firm I come across. Hidden rules and lies.

This firm is only used by amateurs, they draw you with cheap prices but once you get an account, you’d realise why. It’s so easy to get a breach. These guys will deny your payout or funded account because of any little discrepancy.

They are not on propfirm match either, showing they are not trusted by any real trader.

The social media team is ran by foreigners from India..

hidden rules and lies

Wow what can I say, this firm is so scammy and non transparent.

They will bring up new rules as they feel like and aren’t transparent with traders, they hope you fall for their hidden rules or made up ones.

We are all told they use Forexfactory for news, which everyone uses. Forexfactory had a yellow news folder but these fraudsters now say they use myforexbook for news.

Avoid this firm, they barely pay out and they beg for good reviews.

They are not even on Propfirm match and never will be. Would be surprised if they are still operating next year.

Will never use these guys again.

5 STARS FOR AVA

I had an issue recently and reached out to customer service, and I was lucky enough to be assisted by Ava. From the very beginning, she was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, asked all the right questions, and most importantly—she actually solved the problem!

Ava made the whole process smooth and stress-free. She kept me updated every step of the way and followed through on everything she promised. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about providing excellent service, but Ava went above and beyond.

Thank you, Ava, for your patience, kindness, and efficiency. You truly made a frustrating situation much easier, and I really appreciate your help!

Worst company and customer service I ever experienced

Worst company ever. Waited 11 weeks for a delivery date for the 27th September then it was changed to 2nd October and then told it would be the 12th and then the 18th. Apparently they can’t deliver as the furniture is made in Lithuania and can’t travel through the red seas absolute joke. I have taken multiple days of work for delivery and got rid of my old furniture waiting like an idiot to be told the delivery date was changed. Spoke to customer service to be told I could cancel and waiting for it to be authorised by management. A smuck called saying I couldn’t cancel then said I would lose my initial deposit trying to use scare tactics. Couldn’t care less keep the deposit these guys are just money hungry vultures. These guys don’t deserve anyone’s hard earned money.

Customer service is the worst I experienced in my life. Making false promises and empty dreams.
