Polite and friendly phone sign-up with broker.

This is a review only of the phone sign-up process, which was good. Jazmine talked me through the options in a friendly and efficient way so I got a home insurance deal exactly tailored to my wishes. 4 stars not 5 due to computer glitches requiring me to be put on hold, not her fault, perhaps indicating the company should spend more on their IT systems.

Very quick service, ordered online to collect in person, when I arrived at the Kings Hedges, Cambridge outlet it took only 2 minutes to get my item.

Ordered an electric lawnmower for £258…

Ordered an electric lawnmower for £258 on June 2, 2024, due for delivery on June 6 but they emailed me June 5 to say "Sorry, out of stock, we are refunding you £97, may take 5-7 days to show in your account".

What is this total BS! They even had the nerve to ask me if I was satisfied or unsatisfied with their customer service! I made it very clear I was extremely unsatisfied!!! Their pathetic reply: "Your request has been updated". I told them they had 24 hours to return my money, but of course they haven't, they didn't even have the common courtesy to acknowledge their mistake. If they don't pay up I'll probably get it back through Paypal, but it's a collosal waste of my time. Wilko closed all its high street shops in 2023, due to appalling management that paid dividends to shareholders even as they made a loss of £37 million. Looks like they haven't learned any lessons. I will never buy from them again!
