Minimum commitment period of 12 months for subs

The gym itself is satisfactory and the staff are helpful. Being a newbie, I signed up for a monthly subscription, not realising that it was for a minimum commitment period of 12 months. I’d assumed you could opt out of a monthly subscription if life events intervened. Please be certain you can commit to attending regularly for 12 months before signing up

We were left with no access to money…

We were left with no access to money via the Lloyds account over the Easter period. Their app had mistakenly placed us in another country. The online account would not accept details that had been successfully used for three years. Instead, a change of password and memorable details was demanded. This we did. But still, no access would be enabled until we receive a code in 7 days! The phone line only gave irrelevant info via their long-winded robot. No sensible human advice was available at all. Hours of futile effort for nothing. At least our situation was not life-threatening.

Reliable and good value for money

Out of several MS Office software outlets available on the web, this one provides an excellent price and reliable service. Last but not least the installation and licencing instructions plus URLS were, for once, easy to follow. Indeed they worked first time.

Beware Monzo, when things go South

When things got bad, Monzo did not help. I had money withdrawn by a website that blocked 'unsubscription' and did not accept requests to unsubscribe. My dispute over the withdrawn subscription was rejected, and the subscription service was favoured. My emails to Monzo were politely dealt with by one person after the other who never attempted to engage with my problem fully. Pity because the App looks pretty; now I feel my money is not secure.

A delightful garden house with a painless building process

The office staff went out of their way to be courteous and helpful, bringing the start date of construction forward. The base team made a special effort to surmount obstacles, including considerable rainfall. The garden house build was rapid and we were informed of each step. The team was always polite. We had a financial query which was dealt with most fairly. The garden house itself is a delight.
