1Password Customer Care / Technical Support
I have been a 1Password customer for many years. I recently had to contact tech support for an issue. They staff was very fast to respond and offered several things to try until we were able to fix the problem (which was not caused by the 1Password software).
They responded quickly with each response and the suggestions were complete and easy to follow.
It is a rare treat to be able to interact with people who truly understand their product and can provide meaningful solutions. Outstanding team.
