I enjoy utilizing cpx research. I don’t always get matched with surveys and sometimes I get screened out but they just about always offer a small compensation which is nice on their part. Overall I have had a good and pretty positive time since I started using cpx research. I have had a few technical issues in surveys but never wrote support ticket until today and their support team was very quick, very understanding, and very polite. 10/10

EzCater was convenient and easy to use. I would love to give it 5 stars but I have to give it 4 because I scheduled my cater delivery for 12:30 pm, which showed on my receipt. The delivery person called me at about 12:08 asking where I was because they were early. I got testy with the delivery driver because I wasn’t going to be at the venue until just a couple minutes before 12:30. Well, that wouldn’t have been a problem the delivery driver being a bit early if the delivery time on the receipt ezcater gave to the company was the correct time. On their receipt it said delivery at 12:15. I know 15 minutes doesn’t sound like a big deal but it can be when dealing with a huge party and preparations and the sort.
