I have come to the final finish of my renovation. I was not sure about ordering Turf online. I checked out a few sites and online Turf was value for money and gives you great detail regarding the Turf. My order came on time and in great condition. My builder laid the grass tye same afternoon. Thank you and love the emails regarding when to mow your grass.

I made an order for the 5wks vinyl shutter because it would be made in England and more durability. On the day of installation I had highlighted the fact the large gap filled in with sealant. I was working from home so could not inspect until evening. I took pictures of the sealant gap and the blinds when opening and closing making a creaking noise, and loads of gaps with finishes within the shutter. I made a complaint and it took a month after numerous calls regarding a update for the same engineer to come out. He installed a strip to hide the awful sealant and I explained in the brochure or videos you don't see that. He stated it was my window frame, how that's possible I don't know when it is a made to measure shutters. I was told all blinds maje the noise. I explained how one does not and 3 of them do. I made another complaint and I receive a message saying I will not get a refund or replacement. I only wanted the hinges changed to stop the noise. All the gaps I pressed them in all myself. Very poor service and so disappointed with the whole experience. I will have to go through trading standards to sort out the noise problem because Hilarys are not responding to my complaint and saying the matter has been resolved. No one else will be sent to look at the shutters. A very expensive experience will never use them again.

Great products online and excellent price for bulk order. If you are renovating your home need to visit this site. I ordered door handles, door key holes and door stoppers. Excellent.

It's a scam. I ordered Zara home advertised on Facebook. April 18th and no order received Do Not Purchase.

Do not use this company. Use another company. They say the call out is £59 and you will be charged for the work. My son with mental health was locked out. Just had to open the yale lock. I was charged £238 pounds and had to pay upfront before he even opened the door. I had called locksmiths prior and did not have their number and found this company on the website. They are not a company they are scammers. The website is invalid and does not work. The telephone number diverts to different people who give you false information. Very sad at a vulnerable time you are treated unfairly. I will report them to trading standards for investigation. They cannot mislead vulnerable people. There is no customer service and all the number and emails do not work. Do not use them.
