I have had an outstanding experience…

I have had an outstanding experience with both my doctor and this insurance plan. Their quality of care is exceptional, and I truly appreciate the support I've received. Whether I'm traveling in Europe or Asia, the coverage works seamlessly, providing me with peace of mind no matter where I am in the world. It's reassuring to know that I can rely on this service during my travels.

You are losing a client-

I tried to send money through Western Union services, but my son had trouble receiving it in Portugal because his name was misspelled. Even after I called directly to confirm the sender's identification, the person at Leiria shopping was unable to give him the money. I wasted time trying to resolve the issue and ended up canceling the transfer. Although I attempted to change the name, it took me five minutes to do so. As a result of these difficulties, I have decided not to use your services anymore..

If the changes are minor, you just need to do the following:
Visit our website or app.
Once you log in, you’ll be shown your Recent money transfer activity.
Select a transfer you want to edit and then choose Show details.
If your money transfer is eligible for a name change, you'll see an Edit receiver's name link.
If you cannot find the Edit receiver’s name link, fill out the self-service form at https://www.westernunion.com/self-service-form/retail-name-change-form?country=us&language=en

If the receiver has problems collecting the money at one agent location, we kindly suggest visiting other locations.
