Seller: jp-flips AVOID!!!!
Taken money, item not arrived, seller has washed there hands of the matter, Ebay just say give them more time. Tonight an email was sent saying item delivered at 8.00pm, yet the time was 7.41pm.
Seller informed, told to deal with Ebay....

Sadly it's quicker to go to Boots! Spoke to Kim today all question asked her answer would be, I can't give you a date when you will receive your glasses.
I stated that I will be leaving a bad review, she stated, are you threatening me...., no I stated just writing the truth about the company!

Sorry to hear this. We can confirm that your order was processed on the 10th May after some amendments with your prescription and lenses.
As per our production timescales clearly advised on our website, production can take from 7-10 working days but this does depend on the order. As this is a rimless job this can take slightly longer than normal. Currently your order is in our lab awaiting completion, this will be dispatched to you shortly upon completion.
While you are entitled to leave a review, and we welcome it, the agent you spoke to is correct, we cannot advise an accurate date of completion as it's a custom made item with many variables involved.
At the current time, and as your order is proceeding in line with our advised timescales, we do not see any justification for the negative review.
