I bought Gigapixel because of redefine. However it takes a long time to process like forever! It’s a waste of my money!

I would like to personally thank Andy Nash for looking into my problem and he was so sincere in helping me get thru with excellent customer service recovery. It’s the great experience like this that makes me want to use Focusrite again and again and recommend it to my peers.
