Smartness Makes Revenue Management Easy, Fast, and Profitable

I have been using Smartness since 2023, and my experience has been excellent. The platform has helped me increase my revenue significantly in a completely automated way, freeing up a lot of time that I used to spend managing prices. It integrates seamlessly with my PMS, Ciaobooking, which makes everything smooth and hassle-free.

What impressed me most is the team behind Smartness. From sales accounts to product managers, revenue consultants, and technical support, everyone is enthusiastic, professional, and genuinely focused on customer satisfaction. They respond quickly via email or phone, which makes a huge difference compared to companies that only use ticket systems.

I spend very little time managing the platform—about two hours per month reviewing data and tweaking strategies if needed—and I’ve never experienced service interruptions. The platform keeps evolving, with frequent improvements and new features that make it even more effective over time.

Overall, Smartness has been a real game-changer for my business. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to optimize revenue, save time, and work with a proactive, customer-focused team.
