Paid a lot of money for a custom glass cooker splashback. The design on the item has started peeling away (ie item not fit for purpose, does not last a reasonable amount of time). Contacted the seller who was rude at best so I thought I would escalate to Etsy. May as well not have bothered. Unhelpful service with seemingly little willing to uphold my consumer rights. Strongly advise you avoid this company.

Always amazing service. I genuinely cannot fault this company. I would never buy leggings from anywhere else. Customer Service spot on and the quality always good.

Increasingly poor service and substitutions. Over the last three weeks I have had the most ridiculous substitutions added which I have rejected and therefore lost out on More Points. If they sub one item on 3 for 10 pounds meat offer and you reject it, you end up paying full price for the other two so have to reject all of them unless you want to be out of pocket. Bought items which come with More Point bonuses and these are never added to my balance. Basic items such as bottled water missing from my order. Customer Service poor at best so I am not complaining this time, just reviewing on here and moving onto Waitrose delivery.

Waited to receive my refund before posting this... any positive reviews on here are likely people who have been coerced/extorted into writing one in order to get a refund. No regard for consumer rights, absolutely disgusting service and terrible quality. I reported them to Uk Consumer Rights co., ombudsman and trustpilot whistle blowing service. I'm predicting a half arsed response on here but I am only stating facts. Utter crud
