Lack luster packaging
Items inside the man crate seem good but the packaging it comes in leaves a lot to be desired. When your main advertising is a crate, the box it comes in should be protected properly during shipping . Mine came delivered crushed in since 3/4 of the box is just packing paper and looks awful. To close to Christmas to do anything about it except try to tape it up.
