Review of Marks and Spencer

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Cannot telephone the stores. No interest in helping customers.

My 87 year old father visited a M&S store 20 miles from his home and lost a key there. He called Tesco and they said he just return to that store in person and flatly refused to connect him with the store or give him its phone number. Just disgusting people.

Don't do business with M&S. They will cause customers massive stress and inconvenience to screw a tiny bit more profit from us.

Review of eHarmony

Rated 1 out of 5 stars

Zero filtering of fake/scam messages

eHarmony makes zero effort to identify or filter fake profiles and scam messages. 99% of such messages are from our of area profiles, mention nothing specific in the message and contain either a phone number or an immediate request for a phone number. eHarmony could very very easily fix these issues that pose huge dangers and ruin their service but eHarmony product managers are too stupid to do so. With eHarmony you pay a fortune for a mediocre service just to be swamped by scam artists. Totally NOT recommended.

Review of Life360

Rated 1 out of 5 stars

Life360 ruined Tile

Life360 ruined Tile. Just another bunch of greedy short-sighted idiots. Took a great company with a loyal user base and destroyed it. Nobody wants to see ads all over the place. Life360 executives are so talentless that they cannot scale the business and grow it's value so they turn to to an advertising model that makes us customers hate them. It would have been so easy to grow this business with a network that is OS agnostic, but the useless leadership of Life360 ruined it instead. Don't even get me started on their disgusting privacy policies. By default they will harvest every detail of your family's life and pimp it out to any third party willing to pay for your personal private sensitive data. If you try hard enough, you can opt out of some of it but not the parts that really matter. All so some ivy league circle jerk MBA exec there can give a PowerPoint to their investors about how they use AI to aggregate and sell your info and target you with idiotic ads that ruin the value proposition of the Tile product experience. The term for what Life360 has done to Tile is enshittification. It is everywhere now in society as greedy investors squeeze every last drop of short term gain out of acquired companies instead of building them for long term value.

Free products for the IDF

I must have bought tens of thousands of diet Cokes, but I will not buy another ever again since learning that Coca-Cola gives free products to the IDF as they murder thousands of innocent Palestinian woman and children. So disgusting. You just lost a lifelong customer.

This is the same disgraceful company as…

This is the same disgraceful company as ApolloGroup.tv, and Apollogrouptv.

The worst kind of company. Disreputable spammers randomly harassing the public over phone, text and email on their private contact information. Meanwhile, should you be foolish enough to use their products and services you can expect to be ripped off and disappointed. Avoid Apollo Group at all costs. They should be in jail.

Most disgusting privacy violator

A most disgusting privacy violator. Culls private personal data from the dark web and sells it to spammers. I cannot think of a less reputable organization. If you are in any way associated with apollo.io then shame on you. Avoid these horrible people and their horrible company if you possibly can. If you are their customer, your email may be blocked by ISPs as a suspected spammer.

Review of Quick Quack Car Wash

Rated 1 out of 5 stars

$25 rip-off drive through

$25 for a one-time drive through car wash!
What a total rip-off. The price has increased over recent years and now is a joke. Have been a loyal customer even when the one-time price was $21.95, but I won't pay $25 to these greedy people. I will wash it myself from now on.

And from a trust perspective, why does this business record your license plate on every visit and then match it up with your credit card info...?

So, you get ripped off and then they steal your data and maybe sell it to a data
aggregator. There is no need to log all this private customer data.

Reply from Quick Quack Car Wash

Hello Jay - we apologize that you have had an unsatisfactory experience. We always keep our pricing competitive to the market. However, the real value at Quick Quack can be found in our Unlimited Wash Packages where you can wash all you want for one low price and our multi-car discounts - because we want your whole flock covered! We want to continue to grow and offer the service and results you’ve come to expect of us. In order to remain competitive while still retaining our quality for loyal customers like yourself. Rate increases are just an unavoidable part of doing business. Because we hope we can continue to serve you long into the future.

We use license plates as a way to keep a wash history for your vehicle so that we can look back at this if ever needed to address concerns. It is similar to giving your phone number when you call to order a pizza, however, your license plate is a public identifiable feature of your vehicle and is not attached to any of your personal information. There is no violation of any privacy by this method, and it is a common practice in the car wash industry even if you have noticed it in previous experiences. We never sell or divulge any customer information to any outside sources. We take our customer's trust and privacy very seriously and to date have never had a data breech in our 20+ years of serving the community. We will always do everything we can to keep our customer's information safe.
