Incompetent & Unprofessional

Incompetent CSRs. Extra long - over an hour each time i call and In addition being misdirected several times in one call??. Only Manager and one staff person has been able to assist:
Re: Old Life Insurance Policy.
Will need to lawyer up!! No idea why they cant even find policy and then lie about it?. Odd and very unprofessional?!....How can you to

say ' you dont have info' and misdirect client?. No training at all clearly, how do they have jobs?

**** Very unprofessional and unethical they should be investigated by a 3rd party firm re: this type of behaviour and peoples money/assests ( #betterbusinessbureau )

Disgusted and frustrusted w/lack of service and professionalism- no loyalty for long term clients. Go to a credit union and dump TD No - TRUST. bunch of scammers.

NO TRUST . ( TD) BANK

NEGATIVE 0 if I could rate that. NO TRUST in TD
Recently I had a very bad experience and then another and then another at TD Bank . I finally walked into a credit union and spoke to a rep who also happened to be a former TD Bank Staff person ( senior level) they advised that they personally took everything OUT of TD and will never go back as the bank as severely declined. Sad to hear bc I opened my first account many many years ago- and have been a loyal customer ever since my university student days and used to receive exceptional service and feel valued as a client.
.LOYALTY used to mean something.
However over the past 7 years -
Its a complete nightmare. Poor CSR service, greedy over charges, Poor Aeroplan service where it takes days to even redeem points and reach a HUMAN to speak to regarding. Rates are increased on the fly and they do and add policy changes where and whenever they deem sometime with no notification- THE PERSON and CLIENT COMES ABSOLUTELY LAST! Go elsewhere, invest and stay away.
