Missing delivery
My last order (there’s been a few, not counting how many though haha! My absolute favourite is 499 Ombré Nomade)never arrived even though Royal Mail said they had delivered it, the image showed it was left outside in what looked like a old coal bunker, no door just sat there, oh and it’s not even in my garden!
So I contacted the customer service team and Joseph replied to me. We went over some information and he said that he would send out a replacement order and if the original one arrived he would help me with returning it to them. My rpl arrived within 2 days and everything was absolutely perfect!
Joseph really did go above and beyond to help me, he kept me informed all the way through even after it had been delivered!
As someone who works in customer service/sales support I know how hard it can be, customers rarely rush to give great feedback but if the slightest issue and bam they are so quick to give negative reviews without even a second thought about the person trying to help them!
Joseph is amazing and essence vault are extremely lucky to have such a fantastic, helpful and an all round genuinely nice guy!
Thank you again for all your help, I will recommend you to everyone who asks what I’m wearing and where is it from!
