I spent close to £8,000 on Bosch and Neff appliances earlier this year, expecting premium service to match the premium price. Unfortunately, when I tried to register for the extended warranty a few months later, I was told I was outside the registration window – despite spending thousands with their brand. It feels ridiculous that after investing this much in their products, there’s no flexibility or goodwill for genuine customers who simply forgot to register on time. I expected better aftercare and a brand that values its customers.
