We do everything we can to be upfront and clear with our customers regarding this. When every account is created, every customer signs the terms and conditions, including our cancellation instructions and policies. We also immediately send a welcome email with the renewal date, the renewal price, and a link to these terms for reference. These terms are available for viewing on our website. We do everything possible to be clear with our customers regarding our policies.
