Your CRM is horrible. No email confirmation of my order, no tracking number issued, no reply to my inquiries. Your business model and customer relations is shameful.
Review of Planet Fitness
Urinal in men's bathroom has been broken for almost a week. Limited air flow in locker room too.
Exercise Equipment is well maintained. Staff very professional and welcoming. PF should offer body wash dispensers in shower stalls. Also recommend a coat rack so we can hang a suit/sport coat because lockers are too small in height and depth.
