Absolutely agree with all the other reviews. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Ordered 2 pairs golf trousers in April arrived 7 weeks later, both wrong size sent! Returned to the Florists in Fareham after roughly 25 emails and literally just got the refund as I was going to take it further. Returning items cost me over £8 and it was their fault they sent the wrong size. This company should be closed down. Hope this review stops people getting ripped off
Absolutely love having my fresh milk and groceries delivered for when we wake in the morning. It’s always there and left with care. It’s brilliant that you can order up to 9pm the night before for delivery the next morning. Fabulous service and wouldn’t be without them. I have been having milk delivered for over 30 years and the service has just got better and better. Thank you

We have just experienced the best customer service ever from Paul in the garden furniture department. He literally went out of his way to help us in purchasing a table and chairs that was on clearance, without pressure to buy it, explaining, with tips, how to put it together. Such a pleasant experience from a gentleman that knew what he was doing and in a professional manner. He is certainly an asset to your company.
Be prepared for an extra €499.48 bill My husband sent his golf clubs for a holiday in Portugal after being recommended for My Baggage, because of a heart scare. What a mistake!!! Firstly they picked them up on Monday 20 January from our house in UK to be delivered to our hotel on 23/24 January. We had our own tracker on the bag and could see where it was. However it didn’t arrive until Tuesday 28 January by FedEx with a bill for euros 499.48 to be paid in cash!! What a shock! After numerous phone calls, emails etc we had to pay it by international bank transfer. Then they delivered it on Thursday 30 January, 9 days later, so too late to play golf after all that! My Baggage were absolutely no help, together with FedEx. Nobody has ever heard of this and it totally ruined our holiday. My Baggage are saying they clearly advise of the customs charge. If it’s that clear, do they honestly believe we would pay euros 499:48 (TO BE PAID IN CASH to the FedEx courier! ) to have the golf clubs sent out opposed to taking them on the plane for £42 which is how we bought them home. So in total it cost us £531.59 including their fee. Nowhere does it say it would cost that much and I honestly don’t believe anyone would be prepared to pay this sum.

You had already left a review regarding this on the 21st of February and have reposted the same review. Since the UK has left the EU, all parcels being sent from the UK are required to be cleared through customs. We do make it clear to all customers that this will happen and that customs fees are not something My Baggage or the courier have any control over. It is rare for low value used belongings to receive such high customs charges. We recommend keeping values for used belongings low due to this however we can see your parcel was declared at £1500 during booking for customs, this is likely the main reason high customs charges were applied in this instance. We can see you were in touch with our customer service team who did explain this in detail. If you need anything else, please let us know. Our customer service team is available via email, phone and live chat.
App is so easy to use. Very self explanatory and informative. They email in advance of any changes and again easy to change. Customer service seems to be their priority and is excellent. Won’t change to any other supplier even if they’re cheaper as dealt with a few previously which were a nightmare! Would definitely recommend
Our milkman delivers when expected without fail. You can order up to 9pm the night before delivery day. They have fabulous offers too. It is so nice to wake up first thing in the morning to fresh milk and produce. Would definitely recommend everyone to have a milkman. It is so unique and is a fantastic service.
Delivered as instructed with care. This is unusual nowadays with other delivery companies!
