Horrible Customer Service and Item arrived damanged!

Didn’t get any updates on shipping until I requested and even then it took days. When I did get the update, I couldn’t open the link they sent! Ugh!!! On top of that, my print arrived with bent marks!!! Didn’t even tried to contact them to complain cause I was over with their lack of customer service!
