I love my Elvie pumps - they are comfortable, discreet, and provide great suction. They are definitely able to empty my breasts, but the containers a little small (max volume of 145 mls), and I sometimes have to empty/switch out the container. While I am still not able to hold my baby while pumping, or bend over, its great to not have a large pumps and tubes dangling everywhere so I can get other tasks done while pumping.
When one of my pumps started making a high pitched whine/noise, their customer service dept was very easy to work with, and sent a replacement hub promptly.
