Prices were very competitive but being able to communicate over e-mail and text directly with Joe from the store both prior to purchase and after was invaluable. He gave me some great tech advice as well. Highly rated! Will buy from again.
Review of Rileyriver
Poor product, terrible customer service. Ordered shoes, which arrived in a gray plastic bag same as everything I've seen coming from China with no packing. Leather? no, smells terrible too. Marked as the correct size but at least 2 or 3 sizes too small. Tried to contact them via e-mail, no replies. Filed a Paypal claim to force a return and they suggested that I take a 25% discount and give the shoes away. Like what? I want all my money back from this cheating company. Do not buy from them!
