Review of Halo Collar
Have had 2 collars since 2022. They work great. I love being able to see where my dog is at all times. We can make corrections if necessary thru the app but most of the time no need my pups respond well to it. Customer Service is always there and answers questions wonderfully. Very understanding.

My dogs have this colar. I have called 4 times in the last 2 days. I like that I csn talk to a live person and get assistance. They have walked me thru the steps. It's a work in progress. Tiffany was understanding today on my frustration. I hope we get this worked out soon.

I called 3 times to adjust my dogs collars GPS. All of the people I spoke with were kind and understanding. They knew what to do. They took the time and walked me thru the steps twice since I have 2 collars. I love that I can call and talk to a live person to get the help I need. Tiffany was very understanding today on my frustration, but worked with me to get it fixed.
