Oliver was super helpful
Oliver was super helpful! He identified the correct location where to connect the router and initiate the sync process. He guided me step by step and stayed on the phone till the end to make sure the successful connection with internet was established. He also suggested me on how to connect my Google Mesh LAN network for which he sent me a very helpful link! Oliver is an expert in his job. I would highly recommend him for a future promotion!

Jonas was extremely professional and helpful!
Jonas/Yonas was extremely helpful, informative and friendly. He helped me to close the prevoius subscription at our old address and start the new one. Jonas was able to help speed up the process getting a new router to us. After me moved to a new location I have talked to several FastSpeed representatives on the above matter. Jonas was the only preson who realised that other than 5G there was a possibility for a coax cable internet delivery to our appartment. I was pleasently surprised to learn about it. Not only Jonas offered us a faster connection but it also turned out to be less expensive interms of a trial period and 6month vs 3months. Jonas went above and beyond to be helpful. I would highly recommend him for a future promotion, He is kind of a person who thinks outside of a box. Thank you Jonas!
