My Elvie stride (which I had been using for approximately 5 months) suddenly stopped working and would not provide the suction it normally did. I tried replacing the washable parts but that didn’t solve the problem so I reached out to customer service and they quickly identified the problem (the hub/motor was bad) and sent me a brand new one that arrived like 2 days later. The process was so simple and they were very helpful.
I love my stride pump for work. It’s been great! Would definitely recommend it as a great hands free pump.
