Brilliant product and customer services extremely responsive and helpful. A little complicated at times for me using IPhone with the settings etc but I was so well guided by the team. Only reason I’ve stopped using it is because my child is older now. I would definitely recommend.

This sim gives me complete peace of mind as I can control and review all actions whilst providing my son with the tech he needs in life! The customer service is fantastic - responsive and personal. I emailed early this morning and received a detailed response within minutes. So refreshing to have such an all round great service. I would highly recommend.

If you choose to buy any event tickets organised by this company please do your research before you purchase. I paid over £100 for the Northumberland Balloon Festival and feel strongly that I was misled and conned. The event organisers set out the flying times of “up to 25 balloons” and clearly stated they would only fly if the weather permitted. Totally accept that the balloons were unable to fly due to the weather. The event organisers, however, advertised that outside of the flying times, the balloons would be tethered for “instagram pictures.” This was not the case and for hours upon hours there were no balloons on site, just a muddy field with overpriced fair ground rides. When these concerns were raised with the company via their Facebook page, all negative comments were deleted and individuals (myself included) were blocked. I have made repeated efforts to resolve this with the company director - Peter Richardson, to no avail, instead, he posts laughing comments on his page then deletes them. Extremely unprofessional, immature and defensive.

Things you should know:
The presenter is not medically trained and is an actor/singer.
The specimen is a silicone doll that is mainly kept covered up and watered frequently with a water spray by the presenter.
The specimens are pig specimens.
The views of the screens are obscured by the rigging.
Still very interesting and enjoyable as long as you are aware of the above otherwise you feel quite let down.
