I designed two banners to be seen from a distance and wasn't worried about the close-up view, and BannerBuzz reached out to me to confirm the quality before they printed them which I really appreciated. It was the best bang for buck, and they even threw in some coupons which helped with the cost.

I ordered a few things in early April this year (order 1341160). I paid extra for the items to arrive in 2-3 days, but they didn't arrive until 12 days later. They were only shipping the items from about a 1.5 hour drive from where I live in California, but they sent them over 2,000 miles away to Florida and then eventually back to me. Toward the end, I tried reaching out to them to cancel the order, but they didn't get back to me for a couple of days. About two hours after my items arrived, they finally reached out to me. Outside of their standard instructions of how to return the items, the only thing they said was "I apologize for the delay." I had to pay to ship the items back to them. Every email they sent me was half-hearted and robotic.
