Trustpilot were great but now they are in dispute with Cometify and myself about my review which Cosmetify are trying to get taken off as 1) They think its not about them...yet replied to it as if it was...which it is.2) They keep wanting more detail, but there are no more details to add...their Delivery service DHL left my parcel at my front door in full view of passers by and only a few feet from the pavement  despite a Notice to Couriers asking them not to do this as have had parcels stolen.
I have replied to one of Cosmetify's staff and as a result she said the review was fine as the delivery is part of the customer experience with the company.  Now I'm being told my another member of their staff that it will be taken off if I don't provide more detail.  What on earth is going on?  There seems to be a lack of comminication within Trustpilot.  I am getting frequent messages from ther staff saying they will remove my review unless I tell Cosmetify more detail...but their are no extra details and what I have put on is perfectly clear.  It seems clear to me that Cosmetify is putting pressure on Trustpilot to remove my review and it seems to be working?  I am disappointed.

Ordered a pink cowl neck top. They said they'd email when it was dispatched. They didn't. Heard nothing so rang them. I thought customer service was good as apologised and said they would send another. I said if the original turned up before the second I'd keep it and send the second one back. Then received an email from Evri to say they'd sent my parcel back to Woolovers! No second parcel arrived. Rang customer servive and spoke to same advisor. Eventually after holding on phone for ages she said second one couldn't be sent as sold out!!They made no attempt to tell me that and they disputed that Evri had sent the first one back saying Evri had lost it. So in all this mess someone is not telling the truth and Inow have no top, which I particularly wanted. Their communication is dreadful, so if you do order from them keep on top of where your parcel is or you might not get it. To crown it all no offer of compensation for the cost of 2 phone calls lasting ages whilst they "investigate"

Review of Cosmetify
I wrote a review about Cosmetify's delivery service DHL which left my parcel on my front doorstep...lucky I saw it before it disappeared!
They replied saying they DHL used tracking so this can be avoided.  I did look at it but Its impossible to select one that fits...so it's my fault!  Not good delivery service.  Not good customer service so won't be using again.
They are now constantly asking me for more details so they can understand my experience as they want my review taken off and if I don't give more details it will be. There aren' really any more details as  I have told them the DHL's choices of alternatives didn't provide me with a useful one ..plus I left a note on the door for the courier not to leave my parcel at the front door...which they then did.  They are also saying my review isn't about them now!  It is as its about their chosen delivery service DHL for which I am paying but have no control over .Plus if it wasn't about them then why did they reply as you can see. I think it might be more helpful if they spent all this time discussing the matter with DHL rather than trying to discredit my review.  This is an honest and detailed review but Cosmetify don't want to accept it. In their favour the product was fine and at a good price.  Well I hope this addition is enough though doubt it?

First time used and seems a good company.  Slight blip as ordered a top and all fine...then later said sold out as time lapse if items are bought quickly in succesion.
There is a gap between sales going through as ok and selecting item to send.  No big problem...just don't hold your breathe.  Customer services great and couldn't be more helpful.

The items were lovely as usual...except one which doesn't suit me. 
 Royal Mail rubbish courier at present and had to drive to Sort Office to collect.  Their system now won't let you redirect a delivery online for some reason. They have just introduced a nerw App and maybe they have stopped accepting online instructions from a pc.?    I have complained.

Everything went wrong!
Ordered 2 dresses and after much chasing ended up with what looked like 2 nightdresses!  Spent ages to and fro trying to arrange return to CHINA to a  Tax free zone .  Eventually they agreed to return and I spent £20 to return to address and contact name.  Eventually they admitted they'd received goods.  Again eventually after they had contacted parent company in Netherlands they sent an email from Netherlads saying they would send full refund.  They didn't of course.  Contacted my Bank who have returned my money and are now fighting to get it back from Bennetrs in Manchester!
This has taken two months.  Don't be tempted!

They have replied saying there is a delay..and there is no information on who I am or the order...so tried to contact them...BUT no way I can see of contacting their customer services!! Probably last time I will use this company. Just not good enough especially from a UK company A bit like the Chinese ones I've had problems with. (initial review was " I've no idea. Ordered this on 15th July but still no information from them about when it might be sent!"

Well I ordered 2 dresses on April 7th and it is still showing as in my "basket" but the money went on 8th April. Am having a pleasant conversation with the main customer service person Sophie, who I genuinely believe is doing her best... but it is the company's fault that I still haven't had an email to say it's even been despatched! Although it says London it's a warehouse in the free trade area of China which I didn't realise. Had problems with China before. I will update this review as it progresses.

Its a long time since I bought a pair of such beautiful shoes/sandals....despite trying various companies.. I normally only buy leather. Quality excellent and exactly as described. I will be buying more.
