1.Wrong item sent
2. Made me pay for replacement item at higher price and promised to refund
3. UPS lost package
4. Refuses to refund me until investigation is finished
5. Still no refund over 3 weeks later
Absolutely no ownership of the initial mistake, customer is out of pocket for absolutely not fault of there own
