Worst Customer Service Ads Platform in the world

For being one of the largest platforms in the world, you would think they would care about ads and small business success... ZERO Customer service absolutely amazing that they don't have a customer service support to use their platform. I have been in business for 8 years, and haven't been able to run an ad on Meta Facebook, because it is so darn complicated. Obviously they have tech guys build it and never ask a real business owner if it makes sense..... Zuck, needs to fire everyone and start over

Amazing Leadership and Website Tools

I started out a little frustrated with Wincher, but after reaching out, they gave me the white glove treatment of explaining every step on how to maximize the power of finding how your keywords are performing, what to do, and where you are with your competitors. Really great company and service.

Woo impossible to talk to

Woo impossible to talk to
you can try to use there AI bot, which is terrible.
then fill out a form to get a conversation or issue resolved, but they want to you upload a system status report, which you can't cut and copy, or once you do it won't accept it, so you can never send in a request for help. No phone number, no real chat with a human, no email to send in. The worst customer service in the entire world of softwares. I have been with woocommerce for over a year, switched from shopify, which actually has humans to help

Migration is the Worst Experience --- NOW HAPPY

My experience may change.... I just signed up for Hostinger to migrate my website from WPengine, and the transition has been a 1 out of 100. The experience has been painful, and the customer service is your typical experience of working with a company that is not in the US, and doesn't take hand holding white glove experience serious. We have tried the auto migration that timed out and didn't work, I spent 5 hours on chat trying to do it manually, and they want the file in a certain zip that doesn't work, and now they put me off for another few days trying to find a solution. The problem I have is that WPengine sent me the file and I fowarded it to them, and they won't just do it for me. very frustrating. I might find a new one with REAL customer service.

Update: April 7th: Finally got my website transitioned over. That was worse then going to the dentist for a cavity.... just be aware!
*** Now that I have the website on HOSTINGER - The SPEED is INSANE! 10 times faster then WP ENGINE.
*** HAPPY NOW, I would give them a 5 star if the onboarding and migrating was easier, so I moved them from a 1 star to a 3.

GOOD - to Start, but not a longterm solution

GOOD: Easy Dashboard, Easy to fix an issue, customer service knows what they are doing to help when your website plugins crash your site.
BAD: When you get to 20GB, they want to charge you an arm and leg for more data. I only have one website that has lots of pictures and videos, I can not imagine using WP for more then one website. The cost is more expense then any of their competitors, and don't care if you leave them.

WP Engine / Woocommerce / Wordpress
* first I am not sure if they are all the same or related, but when you leave Shopify, you think you are free from the bonds of them and hoping to have freedom to custom build a website and save lots of money.... it is the opposite, and always have to deal with running out of space, things breaking, and updates you have to worry about. best thing about WP Engine is they have amazing customer support, but if you are a small business owner with oui a full time developer/ IT guy, I would stick with Shopify. Too late for me, I am too deep in spending too much money for this new website, now see how long I last before going back to the easy life of a website. Frustrated on the complication even in 2024, hoping for web to be built for the regular guy/gal.
