We believe this is with regards to your case of limescale on your taps.
Unfortunately warranty does not cover limescale we hope you understand,
Limescale is primarily caused by mineral deposits in hard water. This affects any tap, regardless of quality, especially where water frequently evaporates (around spouts, handles, or joints).
Sorry for the inconvenience and we have the replacement part if you need.

Purchased backlit house sign, but the battery only lasts 1.5-2.0 hours when its dark as the unit requires 6 hours DIRECT sunlight to work for 8 hours. So unlike all other solar products that charge in daylight, not sunlight, these units are useless. We are now in winter so this unit wont work when you need them most.

Sadly as I can’t give them 0 star. Dispute unauthorised payments from a merchants and ask them clearly to remove that merchant accessing my bank and taking unauthorised payments and then what? Still find several unauthorised transactions from the same merchant named THEDIRECTORYGUYS… Can you feel save with Barclays? NOT ANYMORE, sadly after 18 yrs with them I have to find the right bank where I can feel save

Order comes from B&Q verified seller wich they confirm my order was delivered but I can’t find “searching for CCTV and asking my neighbours” Delivery required signature and when I ask to see who actually signed for this they can’t provide any evidence, now I have to deal with bank and police report. Shame
