I placed an order 7 days ago. It was suppoese to ship out the next day. Their site doesn't provide an update on shipping. Their agents do not respond on their chat. I cannot find out the status and their site doesn't provide me a way to cancel my order even though I am pretty sute it has not shipped. They charged my credit card the day I ordered. Most sites do not charge until the item ships.

Terrible experience. I have put in a part-time job trying to get my tag. It is now TWO MONTHS overdue and Carvana told me to park the car for now. Seriously? I told to come and get the car and give me my money back. They will not do that.

Terrible experience after the purchase. Delayed the delivery, forget their chat, their agents lie and they don't want to talk to you. They lied to me about my 7-day return period and ended it a day early. I called and they said they don't care they will not do anything about it. Don't even buy a car from them.
