I ordered the Gourmet Collection and used the Gift by Text Facility to send as a Get Well gift to a relative in Australia. It arrived on their chosen date, beautifully well packaged and brought the joy which I had hoped it would. The excellent quality of the produce was remarked upon - in particular the delicious aroma of the Fudge. I would happily use this company again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Zoe and Jasper visited my property in Nottingham this morning. They gave me a phone call to let me know when they were on their way. Zoe knocked on the door as soon as they arrived to check what the problem was. She was polite, respectful and reassuring. Both Zoe and Jasper worked speedily and efficiently. They located the blockage in a shared drain and cleared out 3 drains in less than one hour. Zoe knocked on my door again to let me know where the problem had been located and that they had been successful in clearing it, she also gave me the opportunity to check that my taps were running ok and that the toilet was flushing properly. Good job well done.
