Until the engineer arrived my heating was working fine. He didnt seem to know what he was doing as every question I asked was met with an "I dont know". My loft door was damaged as he could not shut it after inspecting the flue and still needs to be sorted out. The following day I had no heating and it took 4 days to get someone out to rectify the problem. I got fobbed off with excuses that there were no dates available, someone will call and then being advised that an appoinment had been made which was not convenient as this had not been checked that it was convenient.

I'm sorry to read your comments. Upon checking the details I can see our engineer attended to find the programmer was faulty, this was not connected to the previous boiler service.
The programmer and receiver were replaced and this appeared to repair the heating and hot water issue. I do hope we can restore your faith in our service, should you need to call on us in the future.
