The engineer arrived promptly after telephoning me to advise of his eta.
He was polite and professional and explained what the problem with the boiler was.
He fitted the new part that was needed and checked all was running as it should be.

The driver was polite and carried the parcel into the garage for me, first class service !

I was kept informed of delivery slot and in the day driver called when he was 15 minutes away.
They were both courteous, worked quickly and answered my questions.
All round good service, I will certainly use AO in the future.
