Andrew J texted us the day before to confirm the appointment and he was happy to work around my work schedule and he arrived slightly later to accommodate the school run. Work was carried out efficiently and neatly. Engineers spent time setting up the app with me and explaining how it works.

My review is zero stars !!! I stayed in all day on the day you confirmed delivery of my tumble dryer .
It did not turn up . We then had an email confirming they would deliver Thursday.
This is totally unacceptable and I will not be excepting the delivery .
Please can the Bosch tumble dryer you promised to deliver yesterday .
We also had a message saying it had been delivered and our we satisfied !!!!!
This is totally unacceptable and very worrying .I am closing my very account due to the terrible service .
Please insure us that we will not be bothered by someone totally incapable trying to deliver it nearly a week late !!!!!!!’
