THIS PLACE IS A JOKE

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. THEY ARE RUDE AND HAVE NO SOULS. YOU CANT EVEN GET A CALL BACK FROM A MANAGER, and if they do call back all they do is lie and feed you full of bull shit. I have left him MULTIPLE MESSAGES, and nothing but crickets. I live in colorado, there was an accidental purchase made on my account. I immediately talked to someone and informed them of the situation. all i wanted is for them not to keep my $600 for a relist fee, AND PUT IT TOWARDS A PURCHASE IN COLORADO .or at least not TAKE all of the deposit, and they refuse to help or even talk to me about it. The manager wont even call me back, instead, he lies to me about the situation and just ghosted me. pitiful is the perfect name this company. they clearly dont understand what it means to be a single mom who lives pay check to pay check. it took me a year to save up the money they stole from me. i dont even get a response on here. its crazy. dont the managers have a job. and calling someone back should be priority

You guys wouldn't provide my tickets or refund me so my lawyer is going to be contacting you
