I do love the brand and have like a dozen of bags and other travel gear from them. Love the sustainable ideas behind them and the level of detail they add to EDC bags and travel ones.After a week or two struggling about a warranty claim on a backpackwith having to deal with many different people, send various emails, proofing of purchase, etc., someone very efficient took over and settled the issue in one day, on a sunday ! So now that I'm sure that their international warranty really works, I can get even more gear ! Keep on the good work ! (and I love your videos too !).

Très mauvais produit acheté. Heureusement que le SAV me l'a repris, moyennant 10 euros.

Colissimo s’est grandement amélioré par rapport à il y a quelques années. Avant, tout était systématiquement perdu. Maintenant, avec les points relais, j’arrive à recevoir mes colis correctement.
