Not good enough.

Had to leave another review. Now months on from the update and the entire site is still poor , slow , clunky and not easy to navigate.

This will be driving customers away. Isn't the idea to retain customers.

Can't call this an update , more like a backdate and backwards step.

I was recently on the chat service to Skybet , the agent said this app was to improve the customer experience , huh !! .. Honest review is it's made the customer experience much worse.

Site has gone downhill since that recent update.

Lots of suspicious 5 star reviews for SkyBet , lots from accounts with just 1 previous review.

Anybody who's used SkyBet since the recent update knows it's definitely not worth a 5 star review.

So here we are well over 1 month since the update, there is still no real improvement , still very , very slow - much slower than it used to be and many things missing.

Something has clearly gone very wrong in trying to update the site because it's now much worse.

Thanks by the way because you've actually helped me gamble much much less , I'm sure SkyBet didn't want that to happen.

Regards this poor update , this can be the kind of thing that can finish off a business - must be losing lots of customers over this.

I raised a complaint over 8 months ago now about a certain issue, it's still not been resolved. After 1 response to my previous review on here , boohooMan stopped replying and the Complaint wasn't resolved.

Very poor experience.

This is a review about the new update to the App and site. OMG it's awful, what have you done - it's gone back like 10 years. Why have you rolled out this App update when it's clearly not ready. It's Slower , it's not showing results of various sports , no Placepot betting available on horseracing , only offering win betting on Australian Horseracing. It's been nearly 3 weeks since the update, it should have been improved by now.
Well for me, it's not improved the experience, made it worse infact and I've used the App much less since this update, too slow and clunky , difficult to navigate around the App. I'm really hoping it improves, I'll stay as a customer for the time being.
The previous App was much, much better overall so that's a positive for SkyBet and when I've had to contact Customer Services department, I've got through to them quicker than before and they are at least aware of what's going on with this new update and most of the agents i chatted with, were helpful.

Very happy with my most recent order , quality product, competitive prices and delivery was quick.

Went downhill slightly.

Used to shop with these, on a fairly regular basis until, quality of flowers became very inconsistent and not a huge variety of choice. Tried lots of the flower, most were the same tbh.

Customer service sometimes good and sometimes not so i don't agree when they reply here saying "We pride ourselves on our top quality Products and Customer Service"
Well, if that was correct you would have no negative feedback at all surely ??

Used to be good but now, not so much.

About Very Pay.
Something not right here, I've now got my Credit Score into a good position after some hard work over last 3 years. I check file regularly, everything in order. Credit Score now considered as Good.
Yet Very have declined me, twice. The Decline came back way too quick for it to have been reviewed correctly , very wouldn't be holding internal grudges would you based on some previous dealings between us. 🤔
Poor experience so maybe not a good idea to open account or shop with very anyway.

Hellos there. I'm writing this review to hopefully helps other peeps about Proovia.

Me and my cousins used Proovia to moves a Table and chairs, we did book them via a site Called Shiply.

We receive to many messages from Proovia , some confused us so we did some checking and found out that Proovia are listed on the Shiply using the names -

CIDOR
SIMPLY THE BEST
STEELTRANS
GOODFELLAS

The terms and conditions on Shiply say multiple accounts not allowed. Proovia are not following the terms which suggested they have no regard for terms and conditions. What other terms and conditions do they not follow.?
