Placed an order by mistake for a cordless polish machine not realising the battery doesn’t come with the item.

Tried to cancel within 10 mins of placing the order through my account which they said they were unable to do as “our supplier has the order and has dispatched”. Saying their system doesn’t allow for cancellation. Told to refuse delivery of the item so it is returned to the supplier. Only issue is that any “interest” will be charged on the account from the day of order. Not acceptable when delivery is set for next Wednesday and return and refund times are a further 14 days.

Super speedy between order date and delivery.

Had mattress bought under the 100 night guarantee. The mattress advertised was a “firm rating” which seemed to be the case for the first 30 days.

The mattress has now become very soft and uncomfortable and only bought in July.

You sink into it and it offers very little support (and I’m 9st 8) so not a heavy or rotund person by any stretch.

Want a £99 mattress exchange fee which was NOT made clear at the point of purchase which is not something I just can’t pay at this moment.

The delivery was great, the mattress however is very very soft and not at all firm as advertised.

Bought a new mattress for my husband who required a firmer mattress for back and hip support and this offers neither unfortunately. Advertised for side and back sleepers but as you sink into the mattress by some way (and I’m 9st 8)

It is very disappointing when spending so much on a mattress.

Bought with a 100 night guarantee not knowing they want £99 mattress replacement charge (plus the price difference of the new mattress of course)

Fast postage and delivery, bought items in the sale so was happy with the price.
I did receive a top that I did not order, I ordered 6 men’s tops and got a size 10 woman’s top in my package. I emailed customer services to see if they needed me to return the item and had not response so i donated it to charity. I’m concerned that someone is missing that top from their order
