Cussed me out in emails and phone calls with customer service

I sent multiple pics of the item that they already knew they sent me. They kept asking for this and that. When I want a refund. Im not paying 70 dollars for a tiny 2 inch emblem. They already knew what they sent me. And they are constantly playing me back and forth. Buy somewhere else. Customer service is evil and they cuss in emails and on phone calls. Take it from me buy somewhere else
