Stay clear! Liars and cheaters!
First time user of the website. And last. Shockingly bad calendars printed for me on a paper not worth for packing. Very difficult to contact them after the purchase. Phone number on website is recorded message telling you to contact them online. Email address there is not monitored and bounces back to you.
They claim to be selling premium product at heavily discounted price. This is massive lie, as the quality is well below even the price I paid, nevermind what they claim it costs.
I am chasing them vie my credit card and the Trading Standards.
You have been warned!

As good as you can wish
I knew Richer Sounds were good for prices and guarantees, so I checked out their site when looking for a TV upgrade.
They exceeded my expectations by offering a extra year guarantee compared to the other two leaders here - Costco and John Lewis.
6 years of no worries isn't too shabby of a deal.
They also had a matching offer for the price of the TV I had in mind, as the manufacturers site.
Everything from the ordering through delivery to the little question I asked after that was as good as I could wish for.
So smooth and pleasant experience, that I decided to get a soundbar from them the next day.
That turned out to be a good buy too.
Overall a very happy customer and I will certainly keep an eye on their website next time I want to buy tech.

Online search got me to this website. I've seen the high street shops, but never used them.
The price of the item I was looking for was competitive, so I checked the website.
Ordering was easy and straightforward. Delivered on time and very well packed. I couldn't ask for more.
